Note: We provide guidance and documentation support. Final approval of visas, permits, or travel documents is determined solely by the relevant government authorities. Success Consultancy cannot guarantee visa issuance or approvals. However, if any service we process is not successful, we will refund all service fees paid by the client.
3. Booking, Payment, and Fees
- • Payments are required according to the service selected, either as full payment or deposit.
- • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, and online payment platforms.
- • Clients are responsible for any applicable government fees, embassy charges, or third-party fees.
- • Service fees will be fully refunded if the visa or service we handle is not successful.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- • Refund eligibility depends on the type of service and stage of processing.
- • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our support team.
- • Refund processing may take up to 14 business days after approval.
- • Any third-party fees (embassy, airline, hotel) are non-refundable.
- • In cases where our service processing does not succeed (e.g., visa denial), we guarantee a full refund of our service fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
- • Provide accurate and complete personal and travel information.
- • Ensure all documents submitted comply with the visa requirements of the destination country.
- • Follow instructions provided by Success Consultancy regarding application and documentation.
- • Maintain awareness of travel advisories, health requirements, and embassy regulations.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
- • We collect personal information necessary for visa processing, including passport data, contact details, financial information, and relevant documentation.
- • Your information is securely stored and used only to provide our services or submit applications to authorized government bodies.
- • We do not share your personal data with third parties except where required for processing visas or legal compliance.

7. Limitation of Liability
- • Success Consultancy is not liable for delays, travel disruptions, or losses caused by government authorities, except for cases where our service fails, in which case a full refund will be issued.
- • All services are provided on a best-effort advisory basis.
- • Clients are responsible for verifying travel requirements, including health, insurance, and security regulations.
